Job Title: Draftsman

**Job Description**:
As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and development process of various projects, translating ideas and concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Drafting and Design**: Using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting techniques to create precise and accurate drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on project requirements and specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project objectives, discuss design concepts, and incorporate feedback into drawings.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrating proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving design issues or discrepancies during the drafting process, offering creative solutions to meet project goals while maintaining functionality and structural integrity.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reference and future use.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conducting thorough reviews and checks of drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards before finalizing and distributing to stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Staying updated on advancements in drafting technology, software, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, present design proposals, and provide progress updates throughout the drafting process.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborating with project managers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support the overall project schedule through timely delivery of accurate drawings and revisions.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of drafting and design work to maintain safety, legality, and quality in project deliverables.

Qualifications: Degree
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving design challenges.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in drafting, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in drafting or design role (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
