Job Description: Should be able to work in a professional setup and digital environment to
- Assist SMEs in developing online courses in areas of Manufacturing.
- Articulate well to present the course material in video shoots.
- Coordinate well with the course Production team for review of storyboard and final content for the course.
- Prepare relevant Project statements for the course and evaluate Project reports submitted by the Learners.
- Be able to conduct on-campus interaction on the course with the Learners at different Institutes / Colleges across India.
- Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their performance
- Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams
- Engage in communication with students, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure course content meets quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into course content
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve instructional and technical skills

Other Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English | Skilled in using MS Office | Familiarity with requirements of Industry 4.0 norms in Manufacturing | Conversant with softwares | A passion for teaching and helping students learn and succeed | Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines | Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
