**Responsibilities**:

Consolidating Grade-wise / Customer wise Demand Plan from all RO's.

Tracking site-wise availability of feed-stock.

Preparing Site-wise Material Balance.

Preparing production plan based on opening stock and also taking into account substitute grades.

Scheduling of production based on sales cycle and safety stock.

Circulation of Production plan & revise production plan to all concerns.

Allocation of grades as per RO grade wise plan / customer priority.

Tracking grade wise lifting by RO's.

Management of Inventory at plant / depot - so there is no loss of sales.

Depletion of ageing stock / slow moving grades.

Blocking / releasing mapped lots for key customers.

Ensuring FIFO sales.

Tracking monthly Bud v/s Actual.

Monitoring customer-wise / RO-wise sales against budget / MOU.

**Education Requirement**:
B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering / B. Com + Formal SCM Education

**Experience Requirement**:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
