**_PLM Position_**
- Educational Qualification: BE in Mechanical/Production/Automobile or Equivalent_
- Experience : Experience 4-6 Years as a Business Analyst in PLM domain_
- Technical Skills:_
- 1. Siemens Teamcenterunified/Active workspace ( workflows, structure Manager, classification, Change Management, Schedule Manager, BOM Access control, Integrated Materials Management)_
- 2. Integration with CAD (NX/Solid Edge/AutoCad)_
- 3. Teamcenter visualization_
- 4. Teamcenter - SAP integration_
- General Skills:_
- 1. Knowledge of New product development cycle - Preferably from Automotive industry_
- 2. Understanding of the business and able to map these business requirements into system requirements in PLM domain (Siemens suite)_
- 4. Design/Document/ and Test customization projects_
- 3. Able to manage customization projects and lead a team of developers (Time/Resources/Cost)_
- 4. Learn OEM methods and system methodologies and best practices in automotive OEM's in PLM domain and implement them in Bajaj NPD cycle_
- 5. Provide regular support to users with guidelines to working with PLM_
- 6. Problem Solving and bringing clarity with respect to problem and provide quick resolution of problems_
- 7. Constant upgradation with new technologies available in market by identifying and communicating training_
