**Role purpose**

This role will create exceptional content that will engage airline executives and position Accelya as thought leaders in the retailing transformation of the airline industry. It will be the owner and orchestrator of content production for Accelya, building a content strategy and calendar, then coordinating content producers across marketing, product and business development as collaborator, editor, and direction setter. Success will come from maintaining a high standard of content, including ebooks, blogs, webinars, podcasts, and video leading to growing download numbers and high satisfaction ratings from the executives we seek to engage.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Build an Accelya Content Strategy by collaborating with multiple internal teams and determining priority topics and content mediums. You will communicate this through a content calendar and regular proactive communications.
- Be the lead writer and content producer at Accelya, executing likely 3-4 flagship assets per quarter, including customer references, thought leadership, and product-specific ebooks, webinars, and videos.
- Be or become an expert on the airline industry and understand what topics are top of mind for airline executives and understand deeply how Accelya can bring value and solve pain points.
- Collaborate with external partners including airlines, technology vendors, and other partners, to co-produce content and bring stories to our customers.

**Knowledge, Experience & Skills**:

- Proven track record in content marketing for B2B software or within the aviation industry.
- A passion for content production and a track record for driving impact and results through a regular cadence of ebooks, webinars, blogs, videos and more.
- Strong communicator with exceptional skills and passion for writing in the English language, synthesizing and communicating stories, and product benefits.
- A passion for technology with experience working in Cloud, SAAS and/or airline software.
