Resort Receptionist

We required **Female** receptionist to our 3-start Resort with minimum 1-3 year experience in any Hotel/ Resort/Chain Property as a Front Office Executive or Reservation.

**Responsibility**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist visitors by providing directions, information, and guidance as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate department.
