* Responsible to implement mission 333 As per plan & onboard maximum number of distributors
- Analyse the distributor using 41 method
- GM Sales should prepare a sales forecasting sheet at the beginning of the year for purchase planing
- Accountable to ensure the induction, on job training & follow practical training methodologies to new joiners on sales department.
- Identify the seasonal or non-moving products to Plan for the seasonal or monthly schemes.
- Lead the team to prepare proper plans for the BTL activities.
- Oversee the ageing report to prepare and execute the action plan to liquidate the stock.
- Accountable to evaluate the reports and lead the team to achieve the company goal to develop "individual profit centers"
- Responsible to conduct the sales review meeting, pricing meeting, Core committee meeting.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
