**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Zumba Classes**:

- Conduct high-energy Zumba classes for groups of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement fun, engaging, and effective class routines.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage them to attend classes regularly.
- Provide personalized attention to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment in all classes.

**Studio Support**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the studio before and after classes.
- Participate in studio events, workshops, and promotional activities as needed.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest Zumba techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Zumba Instructor with a valid Zumba license.
- Previous experience teaching Zumba or dance-based fitness classes.
- Strong dance and fitness background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
