**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as an Academic Counselor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students on their educational journey. As an Academic Counselor, you will be at the forefront of helping individuals make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges.
- Provide personalized guidance on course selection, major choices, and career paths.
- Assist students in developing academic plans and setting realistic goals.
- Stay updated on educational programs, curriculum changes, and career opportunities.
- Monitor and address academic concerns, offering solutions and resources for improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a supportive and conducive learning environment.
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records related to academic counseling sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational systems, career options, and academic advising best practices.
- Ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and career aptitude tests.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
