Site Supervisor

Supervise all activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to schedule work and resolve any conflicts.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, and ensure that project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential hazards or compliance issues and take corrective action as needed.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Enforce site rules and regulations, including safety procedures and quality standards.
- Manage the site team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to discuss project status and address any issues.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to the project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹9,153.56 - ₹29,634.00 per month
