Barista/all Rounder

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards

Operate specialized coffee brewing equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and pour-over equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces regularly

Maintain all functioning of the coffee house, even when it is short on staff due to some unavoidable circumstances

Maintain knowledge of current coffee trends, techniques, and equipment

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments

Educate guests on coffee products, brewing methods, and flavor profiles

Uphold company standards for quality and consistency in all coffee beverages

Participate in regular training sessions and attend industry events to continue developing coffee knowledge and skills

Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations

**Requirements**:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods
