Your Role and Responsibilities

The Software Test Specialist is responsible for developing automated testing strategies and implementing them in industry standard testing frameworks. Software Test Specialist should be able to perform below mentuoned tasks and oversight and also plays a role in providing advice, guidance and monitoring emerging technologies.
- Develop software verification and test plans
- Be able to identify anomalies, evaluate these impact, record and communicate them
- Manage the verification (review, integration, and testing) and elaborate a Report
- Create test specification based on the analysis of requirements, design, architecture, interface specifications
- Execute tests in the laboratory environment and identify issues to subsystem level
- Setup, Update and Maintain test labs for various test software configurations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Execute projects from conception, design, through execution.
- Produce deliverables from print to online and multimedia.
- Bring abstract concepts to life though typography, illustration, iconography and photography.
- Deep understanding of the business strategies and goals.
- Command of IBM brand’s vision, systems, and documentation.
- Help advance experience design at IBM.
- Contribute to style guides, UI toolkits, and other design documents, as needed.
- Produce comps and assist with presentation preparations.
- Work with senior design team members to establish priority, fidelity and delivery of tasks.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Speak and present to range of stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control and outcomes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Applications: Adobe Creative Suite (highly proficient), Sketch, Figma, Principle, MS Office (.PPT)
- Front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.) a plus
- Animation and motion skills a plus
- UI/UX experience a plus
- Web standards a plus
