**Function Overview**
***Global Shared Services (GSS) enables General Mills to compete and win every day with a relentless focus on service excellence. Our Shared Services model leverages domain excellence to drive scaled cost-efficient delivery. **Purpose of the role**
Focuses on delivering accurate, high-quality services towards recruitment support. The incumbent’s primary focus will be providing technical support on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) globally. The incumbent will be responsible to complete transactions in the ATS system basis request received. Review cases and troubleshoot & resolve queries or errors received from the user. Coach tier 1 on ATS systems and common escalations
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**ATS System Management**
- Coach/Train Tier 1 on iCIMS system/common escalations
- Primary Support for Market Admins & HR Direct teams & resolve queries
- Maintaining & Updating system based on cases
- Create HireVue packages
- Maintain interview guides/iFORMS per direction from Business Lead
- Maintain Ari/Text Engagement bot/chat sequences per direction from Business Lead
- Provision technology access for iCIMS, Text Recruit, OrangeTree
- Deliver internal/external audit reports as needed
- Create New Agencies, Manage Login Groups
- Deliver internal/external audit reports as needed
- Perform annual update of Reporting Center items
**Documentation & Verification**
- Complete HR documentation & e filing process for employee and ensures accurate uploading of documentation in shared drives or HR systems whenever applicable
**Offer Management**
- Offer letter generation and management.
- Prepare offer document / employment contract document
**Contingencies**
- Arrange for Medical check-up.
- Follow up to get Medical reports
- Follow up on Date of hire
**Hire / Job Change Process**
- Complete the hire/ Job Change process in Applicant Tracking System
**Sourcing**
- Source CVs from internal & External Career portals including Linked In
**Selection & Scheduling**
- Schedule and coordinate the interview/meeting process either directly or through the respective placement / employment agencies.
**Adhere to Service Level Agreements**
- Ensure Tasks are completed within agreed Turn Around Time and timelines
- 0 Errors in completing recruiting tasks
- Response time of 24 hours (SLA Breach)
- Highlight Red Flags to the concerned team
- No Show
- Slow responsiveness
- Negative reference check responses
- Any other SLAs laid down from time to time
**Case Management**
- Record and update the tasks in Case Management System
- Coordinate with stakeholders as needed with regards to completion of tasks
- Save drafts in folders.
- Maintain trackers and create reports as needed
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory
- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
- Minimum years of related experience required: 1-2 years in recruitment
