We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemist to join our esteemed team at Bipha Ayurveda. As a Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in the formulation, development, and quality assurance of our Ayurvedic medicines.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct research and experimentation to develop new Ayurvedic formulations in accordance with traditional principles and modern scientific techniques.
2. Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using a variety of chemical and instrumental methods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes and adherence to regulatory requirements.
4. Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures, results, and observations, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
5. Participate in the validation and qualification of analytical methods and equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytical data.
6. Stay abreast of developments in the field of Ayurveda, pharmacognosy, and pharmaceutical sciences, and integrate new knowledge into product development and quality control processes.
7. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to formulation, manufacturing, and analytical testing, and propose solutions for process optimization.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices, procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field. A specialization in Ayurveda or traditional medicine is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in analytical techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-Visible Spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
4. Experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
8. Passion for Ayurveda and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and authenticity in Ayurvedic medicine production.
Salary : 15,000 - 20,000/
- Timing: 9 AM to 5.30PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
