**Experience**
5-7 years of procurement/strategic Equipment sourcing experience, preferably minimum 3 years in sourcing of capital equipment s in an Industrial Gas Company or with an EPC company

We are looking for a Buyer to support our purchasing department with the Sourcing of Industrial Equipment and MRO spares from primarily US and European based vendors to support our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research potential vendors for new Request for Quotes (RFQ)
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update vendor pricing in centralize quotation repository.
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Good Verbal and written Communication skills.
- Can work in United States Central Standard Time (8 am to 5 PM).
- Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Knowledge of local suppliers and vendor management
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement work processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
