IT Training Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential students through various channels, including online platforms, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the student base.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects.
- Provide detailed information about the training programs, courses, schedules, and benefits.
- Coordinate with students to ensure timely fee payments and facilitate fee collection processes.
- Regularly follow up with potential and enrolled students to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain positive relationships.
- Address any concerns or challenges faced by students and work to find suitable solutions.
- Prepare regular reports detailing lead generation activities, student enrollment status, and fee collection.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with trainers and instructors to ensure students have a smooth transition into their chosen courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, or student recruitment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining student records.
- Knowledge of the IT training industry and relevant courses is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,606.06 - ₹15,802.20 per month
