**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists or generated databases. Introduce our real estate properties, services, and promotional offers to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Determine their level of interest and readiness to engage with our sales representatives.
- Coordinate schedules and provide necessary information to ensure successful appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to an appointment. Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and encourage engagement.
- Record all interactions, updates, and appointments in the system accurately. Ensure data integrity and completeness for effective lead tracking and management.
- Stay informed about our real estate properties, features, amenities, pricing, and promotional offers. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to potential clients during conversations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting. Strive to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes, terminology, and industry trends is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Work Location: In person
