1. Job Description**:GRADUATE TRAINEE** (TECHNICAL) (General shift)

Place of posting: Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam

Qualification: Science Graduate (B.Sc. (MPC))

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Active participation in service by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of service-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in official letter writing/ Log book maintenance
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal communication skills particularly at site with trouble shooting aptitude.
- A team player with high level of dedication.

**Technical training will be provided by the company.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
