**Media and Communication Executive**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
2. Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other important gatherings. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes. Schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for meetings.
4. Information Management and Research: Collect, compile, and organize information and data as requested by the CEO. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials on various topics, projects, or potential business opportunities. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
5. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role, ensuring that sensitive information is appropriately safeguarded.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and partners. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or individuals within the organization. Represent the CEO in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Calendar, Schedule and Contact List Management: Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize appointments and meetings, and ensure effective time management. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, considering time zones, travel arrangements, and availability of participants. Handle schedule conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
8. Special Projects and Initiatives: Support the CEO in various special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives. Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist in the implementation of key projects as assigned by the CEO.
9. Travel and Logistics Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements. Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements. Anticipate and address any logístical challenges or changes that may arise during travel.
