**Job Title : Factory Head**

**Experience : 10-15 years in the FMCG Manufacturing Industry**

**Salary : 30000 To 45000**

**Location : Trichy**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Overall Plant Management**:

- Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing plant operations.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement and monitor efficient production processes.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.

**4. Supply Chain Management**:

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless procurement and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

**5. Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

**6. Cost Management**:

- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize production expenses.
- Analyze and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for improvement.

**7. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements for potential improvements.

**8. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in a leadership role within the FMCG Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
