**Job Description - Lead / Sr. Lead**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFM Planner specialized in Capacity Planning & Scheduling to join our team. The WFM Planner will play a crucial role in forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of resources and to meet service level objectives across various departments within the organization.
- **Responsibilities -**
- Develop accurate short-term and long-term capacity plans by forecasting workload and staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and factors influencing capacity planning.
- Create and maintain workforce schedules to meet service level targets while optimizing staffing efficiency.
- Analyze historical data and performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for scheduling adjustments.
- Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators related to capacity planning and scheduling.
- Continuously improve capacity planning models, forecasting methodologies, and scheduling processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other relevant departments to align workforce planning with business objectives.
- **Requirement -**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, scheduling, or a related field.
- Proficiency in workforce management software, scheduling tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in forecasting and scheduling.
- **Preferred Qualification -**
- Certification in Workforce Management (e.g., SWPP, WFM).
- Experience in using advanced analytics and forecasting tools.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
