**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and pain points.
- **Sales Pitch and Negotiation**:

- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches over the phone to potential clients.
- Address customer objections, provide solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while adhering to company policies.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Provide post-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on company products/services and industry trends.
- Understand market demands and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the manager.
- **Compliance and Communication**:

- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in international sales or a voice process role is an advantage.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Tech-savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of international markets and cultures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
