**Remarkable Furniture LLP (REMA)** is a premium custom furniture manufacturer based out of Bangalore. REMA specializes in soft seating for commercial, residential & hospitality sectors. Working on a B2B as well as D2C models, REMA’s e-commerce store ships our products country-wide. Certified under Startup India, REMA is a proud ‘Make in India’ company.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
- Arranging accommodation for all employees works at factory by co-ordination as well as visiting the factory regularly.
- Purchase of Provisions, Vegetables, meat, stationary and housekeeping materials for the factory once in a week as per requirement given by cook
- Make travel arrangements for the employees travels outstation officially
- Monitor and order office supplies for housekeeping and stationery requirement
- Scheduling employee engagement activities at company like team building meeting, potluck, lunch arrangement etc
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
**Requirements**:
- Work experience as an admin role
- Familiarity with statutory admin activities
- Any Degree
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
