4-6. [Job Overview]: Configuration maintenance and administration of Atlassian products (Jira Confluence Crowd Server as well as data center). Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs. Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies such as with Jira Workflows custom fields etc. Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage. Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins partner teams and Atlassian premier support. Analyze review and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement. Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams. Perform application and system administration tasks including data backups and scheduled jobs. Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility. Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines. Perform Linux Administration on troubleshooting Jira & confluence & Crowd. Crowd Administration capabilities. [Primary Skills]: Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA Confluence & Crowd (Server as well as Data center models). Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language). Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA. Strong knowledge and familiarity with PostgreSQL. Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages. Experience in performing various Atlassian product installations migrations and plugin installation. Crowd integration experience. Ability to troubleshoot application-related problems both on console and server levels. Ability to create custom reports and dashboards in Eazybi Plugin.
