Responsible to guide new and old team member about new product launch, which lead to achieve the sales target of individuals, motivating and sharing feedback about their performance.
- Responsible to adhere the process like SOP laid by the company & ensure all counter team members follow the same.
- Responsible for conducting daily meetings with counter staff to discuss about business & counter operations.
- Responsible to keep daily cash & petty cash safely at counter & depositing daily the cash in Bank.
- Responsible for sending all daily reports of the counter to Area Manager and departments of corporate office as per the given schedule and protocols.
- Responsible & Accountable for all Order cancellations, discounts & refunds.
- Responsible to maintain and safeguard the assets and stocks of the company. Damage or loss of any product the concern sales person will be liable.
- Responsible for all kinds of coordination and communication between Counter team & Area Manager, lab and lens vendors.
- Responsible to build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationship, parallelly handling customer issues and addressing the same to the Area Manager.
- Responsible to maintain the décor of the counter always.
- Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.
- Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of Company Business data, Internal Process & Procedures, Documents, Customer data & any other company internal business transaction.
- Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,178.51 - ₹30,000.00 per month
