**As a seasoned Architect withing our Enterprise Architecture team at Ecolab, your role involves a deep partnership with business units, playing a strategic part in business transformation initiatives and influencing the technological trajectory of our organization in architecting technology solutions.**:
**This position requires a robust accomplishment of working with technology vendors, taking part in RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, and leading the adoption of modern technology evolutions. You will have a strong understanding of how to synergize with various teams including infrastructure, security, data, and development, ensuring a cohesive and secure technological environment.**:
**In this role, your expertise will not only be technical but also strategic, as you will have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive and senior leadership teams. Your insights and guidance will be pivotal in shaping our technology strategy and in making decisions that have a far-reaching impact on our organization’s future. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Business Partnership**: Engage deeply with business units to understand their challenges and goals, leading transformative initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.
- ** Architectural Leadership**: Lead the design and development of enterprise solutions, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with both current needs and future growth.
- ** Risk Management and Compliance**: Ensure solutions follow industry standards and regulations, managing risks associated with technological investments and decisions.
- ** Technology Evolution and Innovation**: Stay ahead of the curve in modern technology trends and developments, advocating for and implementing innovative solutions that enhance business operations.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure holistic and robust architectural solutions.
- ** Vendor and RFP Management**: Oversee and take part in the RFP process, effectively managing relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best solutions for the organization.
- ** Executive Engagement**: Communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes.
- ** Mentorship and Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:

- At least 15 years of experience with more than 5 years in technical architecture, with a proven accomplishment in designing & architecting large-scale solutions.
- Extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives and partnering effectively with various business units.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of integration between different technologies and systems.
- ** Business Acumen**:

- Strong ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
- Experience in working with technology vendors and evaluations in RFP processes.
- Experience in working with Global teams.
- ** Leadership and Communication**:

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive leadership.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
- ** Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and other related areas are highly desirable.
