Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products
- Achieve sales targets set by management
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, answer questions and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
