**Job Designation: Store In Charge (Interiors)**
**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary. Conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies and losses. Ensure the store area is well organized.
**Material Handling**: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials. Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture components to prevent damage. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill production material requirements.
**Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels to ensure products are adequately replenished. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing materials. Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and material consumption. Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for documents.
**Safety and Security**: Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
**Job Specification**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree & above
**Minimum 5 years of experience in store management, in a manufacturing environment (Furniture industry highly preferred)**
**Proficiency in Tally Prime required, inventory management software, ODOO Software experience & Knowledge preferred.**
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
