**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide technical support to end-users either in person, over the phone, or via remote assistance tools.
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and system updates.
- Ensure security measures are in place and actively monitor systems for threats or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Test and evaluate new technology and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to perform maintenance or support upgrades.
- Physical ability to lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals.
- Familiarity with specific industry software or regulations may be required depending on the organization.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role.
- Associate degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with various hardware components and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality technical support.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)) are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
