Bsw/ Msw Teacher

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, situations, and resources to determine appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and relevant parties to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual's needs.

**2. Counseling and Support**:

- Provide empathetic and professional counseling to individuals, families, and groups to address emotional, psychological, and social issues.
- Assist clients in developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills to enhance their overall well-being.

**3. Case Management**:

- Manage a caseload of clients by coordinating and monitoring services, resources, and referrals to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
