**Front Desk cum CRM Executive - Kairali Ayurvedic Centre (Experienced / Fresher Both)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service and Support**
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably in Ayurvedic or wellness settings.
- Proficient in English with strong business communication skills.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to Ayurvedic treatments.
- Good understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatments.
- Educate and communicate with clients about our Ayurvedic services and treatments.

**Communication and Coordination**
- Convince and communicate with clients to resolve issues amicably.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong team player.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Passion for and knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
