**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated NSS Coordinator to join our esteemed institution in accordance with Anna University norms. The National Service Scheme (NSS) Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing NSS activities aimed at fostering social responsibility and community engagement among our students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Planning and Coordination**: Develop annual plans for NSS activities aligned with Anna University guidelines. Coordinate with faculty, students, and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

2. **Student Engagement**: Encourage student participation in NSS activities through awareness campaigns, workshops, and orientation programs. Foster a spirit of volunteerism and social consciousness among students.

3. **Community Outreach**: Facilitate partnerships with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to organize outreach programs, health camps, cleanliness drives, and other social initiatives.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of NSS activities, volunteer hours, and impact assessment. Prepare timely reports as per university and government requirements.

5. **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for NSS volunteers to enhance their leadership skills, teamwork, and understanding of social issues.

6. **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Anna University guidelines and regulations related to NSS activities. Liaise with university officials for necessary approvals and certifications.

7. **Promotion**: Promote NSS initiatives within the college and beyond through effective communication channels including social media, newsletters, and events.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
