Read and understand drawings
- Set up machinery for production
- Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC
- Operating, resetting & basic Programming (VMC Operator)
- Drawing study.
- Quality instruments handling.
- Handling of precision tools
- Maintaining Machine as per checklist
- Keep machine & working area clean.
- Should have experience in handling products **VMC, CNC Router**

**Key skills**:Minimum 1 to 5 yrs experience with Programming, Setting, Instrument handling, and Engineering drawing study and must work independent
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, milling.
- Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Provide timelines to clients.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a CNC machine operator.
- Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Good computer and mathematical skill

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.

**VMC SETTING AND OPERATING FOR NON-STANDARD COMPONENTS.**
- 2D PROGRAMMING and 3D PROGRAMMING TOOLING AND FIXTURE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.
- FANUC OS EXPERIENCE AND CAPABLE TO HANDLE TARGET OUTPUT FOR THE SHIFT.
- PUNCTUAL AND SELF-DISCIPLINE.
- Operating, resetting & basic Programming.
- Drawing study.
- Quality instruments handling.
- Handling of precision tools.
- Maintaining Machine as per checklist.
- Should have experience in handling products **VMC machines.**

Experience in CNC programming, setting, Coding is preferred and requires a minimum of 2 years as a operator having wide process knowledge dealing with multi industries parts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
