Inventory Management:

- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of all items in the inventory, including food ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other items.
- Reordering: Determine when to reorder supplies to avoid shortages. This involves setting up par levels for each item and placing orders in a timely manner.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with suppliers and negotiate prices. Establish and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Receiving and Inspection:

- Receiving Deliveries: Receive and inspect all deliveries to ensure they meet quality standards and match the quantities ordered.
- Quality Control: Check the quality of perishable and non-perishable items. Reject or return damaged or substandard goods.

Storage and Organization:

- Proper Storage: Ensure that all items are stored in the correct conditions, including temperature-controlled storage for perishable goods.
- Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient storage system to facilitate easy access to items and to prevent spoilage or wastage.

Documentation:

- Keep accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Database Management: Use inventory management software or systems to track and manage stock levels efficiently.

Cost Monitoring:

- Work to minimize costs by identifying opportunities for bulk purchasing, negotiating with suppliers, and minimizing waste.
- Budget Adherence: Operate within the budget constraints set by the restaurant management.

Minimize Wastage
- Implement strategies to reduce food and supply wastage by monitoring expiration dates and using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) approach.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
