looking for **MBA Fresher** for **Finance Based Orgnisation**
**Location - Vikhroli**
**Role & Responsibility**

Key Accountabilities 1. Consulting companies for designing and developing their ESOP Scheme as per the requirements of the Management team
2. Enabling adequate Procedure & Documentation for seeking approvals from merchant bankers and Approvals from Stock
Exchanges (BSE / NSE) for the Stock options Scheme
3.Designing the database structure for the employees to be serviced under the ESOP Scheme, and setting up the qualifying criteria
for granting of options under ESOP
4.Aligning corporate action documentations under ESOP, and coordination with the depositories (CDSL/NSDL) for Electronic
transfer of Shares
5. Liaisoning with the Stock Exchanges for Listings and Trading approvals for clients
6.Talking to leads for marketing of Esop and trackin products of LIIPL
7.Providing billing inputs to the Accounts
8.payment follow-up
9.Provide feedback to AVP IT towards Empower software.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
