**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in user interviews to provide valuable insights into the challenges and needs surrounding dropout rates in government schools.
- Share your experiences as a teacher, student, or school administrator regarding dropout issues, including factors contributing to the problem and potential solutions.
- Engage in open and constructive discussions with our research team, offering your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions on how to effectively tackle dropout rates.
- Collaborate with other participants by actively listening, empathizing, and respecting diverse perspectives, creating a supportive environment for knowledge sharing.
- Respect project timelines and commit to the scheduled interview sessions, ensuring reliable and timely participation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to research ethics guidelines, ensuring the privacy and anonymity of all participants.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a teacher, student, or school administrator in the Indian government school system.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics associated with dropout rates.
- Ability to effectively communicate your experiences, thoughts, and insights.
- Passion for improving the education system and finding feasible solutions.
- Availability to participate in remote or in-person interview sessions, as per the project requirements.
