**Job Overview**:
As a Telecalling Executive at Vedant Asset Ltd., you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, providing information about our financial products and services, addressing inquiries, and generating leads for our sales team. Your effective communication skills and customer-centric approach will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Introduce Vedant Asset's range of financial products and services, emphasizing their benefits and relevance to the client's financial goals.
- Understand clients' needs, concerns, and objectives, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a consultative and professional demeanor.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate and comprehensive information about our offerings.
- Collect and update client information in the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Follow up on initial contacts and maintain consistent communication to nurture leads and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation, call volume, and client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance the quality of interactions with clients.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or telecalling roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Odia; multilingual skills will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, investment concepts, and market trends.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to comprehend client needs effectively.
- Resilience, patience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
