Required Scrubber - OT Assistant

We require Experienced and Freshers as Scrubbers to assist doctors at various hospitals in Hyderabad.

We require 10 experienced and fresher Scrubbers for

1. Total Knee Replacement - TKR

2. Total Hip Replacement - THR

3. Trauma surgeries

4. Arthroscopy related surgeries

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Check the instrument sets and stock prior to the case.

2. Confirm the availability of instruments and Implants to Company representatives and doctors.

3. update office the time and place of surgery.

4. 15 min before the planned time e present in hospitals and update the company representatives your availability with instrument sets and stock.

5.Attend the case along with company person or yourself with your experience.

6. Post the usage details to office and company people.

7.Wash the instruments and clean as and when required.

8. Confirm the instruments number and implants availability to office post surgery and see to it that it is returned to office.

9. Reminding office person to place order of the stocks used by end of the Day and ensuring it is placed.

10. Take accountability of the instrument sets and implants at office.

11. Whole and sole in charge of instrument sets and implants of your expertise.

12. Work as a team and be a leader and train subordinates and freshers.

13. Daily reports of cases attended and implants used.

14. Weekly audit the instrument sets and implants in office and report the availability every week.

15.Reporting in office once a day is a compulsion.

16. Helping in deliveries as and when required.

17. clear communication, Telugu, Hindi and English(Medium).

18. Need Employees who work with passion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

- Hyderabad Jubilee Ho, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
