Managing and training service personnel.

Monitoring and controlling service costs.

Implementing service policies and procedures.

Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely ordering of parts.

Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and regulatory agencies.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Developing and executing service marketing plans.

Providing regular updates to the company management on the performance of the service department.

Pay: ₹405,022.70 - ₹817,640.75 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhilwara, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive service: 8 years (required)
