Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Lead Solution Architect with a strong background in AI/ML to join our dynamic team. As an AWS Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and scalable cloud-based solutions that leverage the power of AI/ML technologies on the AWS platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design robust and scalable solutions using AWS services and AI/ML technologies.
- Lead the architecture design and implementation process for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and AWS services, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and communicate project progress and status effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly those related to AI/ML (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Comprehend, etc.).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions on the AWS platform.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
