**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Experience**: Fresher or 1+ years of relevant experience

**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Fine Arts, or a

related field.

Function Area: Media Design

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and Media design team to understand the

overall task and target audience.
- Design and develop engaging videos and motion graphics for a variety of purposes,

including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more.
- Utilize open-source software and other tools to create high-quality video content.
- Transform ideas and concepts into visually appealing and dynamic animations, ensuring

they align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Produce video content that captures attention, communicates the intended message, and

elicits the desired emotional responses from viewers.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization,

and visual consistency.
- Work with clients to gather project requirements, understand their vision, and translate their

ideas into impactful videos that meet their objectives. Understand the unique characteristics and requirements of projects across the

manufacturing, e-commerce, and IT industries and make videos accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients directly to gather feedback, refine designs, and ensure that video

content aligns with their expectations.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs, ensuring that the final product aligns

with their vision and expectations.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining

the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to

continually enhance and innovate the motion graphics offerings.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Proven experience as a Video Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role, with an

impressive portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in open source software like Blender, Shotcut, OpenShot, etc.
- Expertise in motion graphics principles, including animation, timing, composition, and

visual storytelling.
- Experience creating advertisement videos that effectively communicate brand messages and

evoke emotional responses.
- Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to bring innovative ideas to video

projects.
- Proficiency in video editing, post-production techniques, and colour correction
- Strong artistic and design skills, including a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with

cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and

deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and

best practices.
- Familiarity with 3D animation and modelling concepts.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and lighting techniques

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
