Pega Admin

Proven experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role, with indepth knowledge of Pega platform architecture and components.

Hands on experience with Pega installation, configuration, and administration.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a Pega environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certification in Pega administration Certified System Architect is a plus.

Process Analysis and Optimization Analyze existing investigation processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Pega Smart Investigate. Streamline case management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision making capabilities to accelerate resolution times and reduce operational costs.

Continuous Improvement Stay updated with Pega Smart Investigate best practices, new features, and enhancements. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the platforms capabilities and user experience.

Supporting the implementation team in designing the solution architecture and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
