**The Role**:
Financial Associate

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review and process reimbursements, expenses, and bookings.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Create financial and inventory reports, Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
- Prepare and file company tax documents
- Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash
- Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and

growth rates and presenting them to the stack holders.
- Preparing the Yearly Budget.
- Provide financial models and forecasting
- Involved in budget tracking and cost management..

**Skills Required**:

- Should be worked in a startup culture or Mid Size Organisation.
- Handled Cash-flow Management, Predictions, AR and Invoicing, Budgeting, Cost Management, MIS, Reports, etc.
- Experience in Zoho Books will be an added advantage
- Good Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced
- Expertise in Payroll and designing the Salary structure
- Expertise in Statutory Compliances.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience:2-3 years
