Responsibilities of RM ( Relationship manager)
- Attending live calls of guardians, School, and teachers.
- Convincing and counseling the guardian & School with the right information.
- Entering guardian & School data in CRM
- Creating leads and posting in WhatsApp and Facebook groups.
- Taking updates from the tutor regarding the status of the lead.
- Talking(chatting) to guardians, Schools, and tutors in whatsapp third party software.
- Handling calling software and making notes of every call in the software etc.
- shortlisting profile from CRM then assigning the lead to tutor
- Retargeting the Client time to time.

1 weeks training will be given before the work starts.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
