**What you will be doing**
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.
- Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.
- Assists development teams in requirements definition, system design and delivery of projects.
- ** What you bring**:

- 3-9 years of proven experience as a MOVEIT Administrator.
- Knowledge of IIS/ Window Server administration.
- Ability to install MOVEIT transfer and automation.
- Create task in MOVEIT Automation, manage projects where file movement via MOVEIT.
- Create SFTP and file transfer MFT set ups in MOVEIT transfer and MOVEIT automation.
- Perform MOVEIT Automation upgrade as needed.
- Experience with MOVEIT tech stack.
- Experienced in maintaining and managing MOVEIT tech stack.
- Experience in creating MOVEIT automation tasks including advanced tasks and custom script.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in asymmetric PGP encryption; including key creation.
- Detailed knowledge of industry standard file transfer protocols as well as understanding of standard file transfer ports and networking concepts.
- Strong experience with configuration and administration of MOVEIT managed file transfer software.
- Setting up Internal and external users in MOVEIT, Restricting access, assigning folders, setting notifications etc.
- Review logs for user activity, jobs in MOVEIT.
- Knowledge of different file movement protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, etc.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good team player.
