**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 3D models using [Relevant BIM Software: e.g., Revit MEP, ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures].
- Collaborate with [Architects/Structural Engineers/MEP Engineers] to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems/Architectural elements/Structural components.
- Generate construction documentation and drawings from the BIM model.
- Conduct coordination meetings to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Relevant BIM Software.
- 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in [MEP/Architectural/Structural] discipline.
- Strong knowledge of [MEP systems/Architectural principles/Structural engineering].
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
