The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

Interpret the clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.

The site supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the project sites to assure the unobstructed progress of the project.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1.** Site visit for recce and all other measurement.

**2.** Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers.

**3.** Coordination in verification of material and vendor/ supplier claims.

**4.** Coordinating with client in all site work activities under the guidance of project manager.

**5.** To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis and update same to internal PMC DEPTT to ensure timely completion of project site.

**6.** Raise & discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.

**7.** Make daily site reports.

**8.** Maintain site blog books.

**9.** Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipment.

**10.** Control and monitor labor, material and equipment and all related matters.

**11.** Act as the link between architects, interior designer and contractor workers.

**12.** Make suggestions and recommendation for repair.

**13.** Coordinate with purchase logistics and workshop team to ensure delivery of products.

**14.** Coordinate with PMC, HO and accounts team.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**

1. Professional experience in designing, interior of retail stories, hospitals, commercial buildings, corporate offices etc projects required.

4. The applicant should be proficient in understanding AUTO- CAD drawings and execution of work according to them.

5. Should have skills on every facet of interior decorators of large sites.

6. Willingness to work PAN INDIA on deputation on interior sites project.

**QUALIFICATION**

**Diploma in civil Engineering/ Interior designing.**

**Any graduate with adequate experience in interior designing supervision work can also apply.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
