**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls to promote and sell products

Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services

Build strong relationships with customers by providing product information and resolving queries

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales on the CRM

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months experience in TeleSales, upselling, or renewals

Fluent in Hindi and Marathi communication

Qualification: HSC Passed

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

Compensation:
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 In Hand (based on experience and performance)

Rotational week off between Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
