Soldering Technician

Education qualification: Diploma EE, EC or Degree in Electronics related.

1. QFN, LGA, SMD Package Rework Expertise: Proficiency in reworking QFN, LGA, and SMD packages, ensuring precise soldering and component placement.

2. Documentation Work: Ability to maintain detailed documentation of soldering processes, including rework procedures, component specifications, and quality control measures.

3. Debug Skills: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and rectify soldering issues, ensuring the functionality and reliability of electronic components.

4. Testing Skills: Experience in conducting tests and inspections to verify the integrity of solder joints and the functionality of electronic assemblies.

5. Overtime Work: Willingness to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines and production targets.

6. Mobile Phone Board Rework Experience: Hands-on experience in reworking mobile phone circuit boards, including soldering and desoldering components, and repairing circuitry.

7. Experience: 2-10 years of experience in soldering and rework operations, preferably in electronics manufacturing or repair.

8. Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Knowledge of RLC, IC Components: Familiarity with RLC (resistor, inductor, capacitor) components and integrated circuits (ICs), understanding their functions and specifications.

10. Immediate Joining: Availability for immediate joining is preferred.

11. Experience in components purchase or familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.
