**URGENT HIRING**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for both men and women.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing to provide innovative and personalized services to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles based on their face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic salon environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Recommend and sell salon products to clients to enhance their hair care routine and meet their styling needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Unisex Hairdresser with a strong portfolio showcasing various hairstyles, cuts, and colors.
- Excellent knowledge of hair care products, tools, and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
- Valid certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
